What We Offer:-

Tenant Finder Only option - One Time Fee

We find the Tenant, complete all of the relevant referencing {including credit checking if applicable} and collect the  documentation, collect the initial monies {first months rent, security deposit & admin fee}, then you Manage the property yourself. With this option we can register the deposit for you with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, if you have not already done so yourself. If so, then you need to provide us with your reference number before we can release any funds to you. {As required by the Housing Act 2004}

Full Management option

In addition to the above, we Manage the property on your behalf, collecting the rent on a monthly basis for a small percentage of the monthly rent {in addition to the one off Tenant Finder Fee}. Carrying out any necessary repairs {up to an agreed amount with yourself}, completing Check-In's, Routine Inspections, Check-Out's, sending copies of all report's to yourself.
