Once you have viewed a property and decided that you would like to apply for it, you are required to complete, IN FULL, an Attic Property Services application form.

A £150 holding.administraion fee {£200 per couple/family} {sorry no cheques} is required to remove the property from the market whilst your application is being processed. We will withold the property from the Rental Market for 48 hours, by which time we must have received your completed application form. Any further up front payments required prior to you receiving the keys will be discussed prior to you applying for the property (ie: Bond and Rent in Advance) {if applicable}

Your holding deposit/administration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason or should you be refused the Tenancy or fail any application made to us.

Most recent 3 months consecutive bank statements

Completed Application Form

Most recent 3 months payslips

Employer's contact details

Current Landlord's contact details or Most recent mortgage statement {if applicable}

Two Character Reference's {not from a relative}

Proof of I.D - passport, Driver's license

Proof of Current Address {where applicable}

       

Once your application has been approved, your holding deposit will be deducted from the initial payment due on the  start date of your Tenancy. The initial monies must be paid to ourselves in cash, at our office, on the date of commencing the Tenancy. Should you wish to pay directly into our bank account, the monies must show as CLEARED FUNDS before any keys can be released {if payment to be made via bank transfer, most banks take 3-5 working days to clear the payment}
